[ARCHIVED] New Drop Off times and Drop Box for Neighborhood Development Services

Starting the week of September 7, NDS Drop-off and Pick-up hours will be Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. 

CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA - Neighborhood Development Services has new drop off hours. Beginning the week of September 7, NDS drop off and pick-up hours will be from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. each Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

Applicants will have the opportunity to enter the building, place items on the conference room table or pick up prearranged items and then exit the building. Items dropped off should be bound and contain a cover document with the following information: project name, project number, city contact, applicant name and contact and detailed description of the materials in the packet.   You can find more information about drop off procedures here. 

The City remains committed to serving our residents and customers during the COVID-19 pandemic. While much of City Hall remains closed to the public and limited, essential employees are at the office, all key staff are teleworking and remain available during regular business hours, via telephone, email and other virtual platforms, to ensure business continues as smoothly as possible.

In addition to these hours, residents may also utilize the drop box located outside of City Hall. The drop box is available for NDS / Public Works Engineering ONLY. Review instructions for submissions here.
