Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Goal Notice
Charlottesville Area Transit (CAT) has established a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal in accordance with DBE regulations and Federal Transit Administration. The proposed DBE goal is 0.95%. The goal applies to CAT’s contracts with federal transit funding and through federal fiscal years 2023 to 2025.
The DBE goal and our methodology to establish the goal are available at Charlottesville Area Transit, 1545 Avon Street Extended, Charlottesville, VA., Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 4:00pm.
CAT welcomes your comments and suggestions that may revise our proposed DBE goal. CAT will accept verbal and/or written comments on the proposed DBE goal through December 21, 2022.
