City Opens the Application for Funding Interest for Housing Development Project Investments
CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA - The City of Charlottesville is pleased to open the Application for Funding Interest for Housing Development Project Investments.
This application process is open to those multi-family affordable housing development projects, proposed to be located within City limits, that may be requesting significant investment consideration for which developers may be desiring to ask the City to assist with gap funding. Funding will not be guaranteed.
Information from these applications will be used to provide details to City budget staff and City Council for current and future budget direction.
Applications are due on or before 4pm, Wednesday, November 30, 2022.
