Sadacca Enters Guilty Pleas in Charlottesville Circuit Court
CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA - Today, in Charlottesville Circuit Court, Justin Kyle Sadacca entered guilty pleas to three counts of felony Aggravated Sexual Battery by a Massage Therapist. Judge Richard E. Moore sentenced Sadacca to forty years in prison, with thirty six years suspended, leaving an active period of incarceration of four years.
The suspended sentence was conditioned on two years of intensive supervised probation and ten years of good behavior. Sadacca will register as a sex offender and cannot practice massage therapy, or any related work, in the future. The Virginia Board of Nursing, the licensing agency for massage therapists, was informed of Sadacca’s plea.
Commonwealth’s Attorney Joe Platania stated, “the defendant used his position of trust to target and violate several women. As a result of today’s proceedings, he will be a convicted felon, will serve a prison sentence, and will have to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life. This result ensures accountability and punishment for the defendant while providing finality and closure for the victims of his crimes.”
