CPD Seeking Assistance Locating a Missing Adult
CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA - The Charlottesville Police Department is requesting the public's assistance locating a missing adult. Herman Howard walked away from home early this afternoon and has not been seen since that time. He was last seen on Trailridge Road heading toward Shamrock Road. Mr. Howard is 80 years old, 5 feet 6 inches tall, 130lbs and suffers from dementia. He was last seen wearing a tan hooded coat and blue jeans.
