The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to solicit sealed proposals to establish one or more term contracts through competitive negotiations for the procurement of Construction Management (CM) services for the City of Charlottesville (City).  The term contract(s) will include project tasks such as those listed herein.  The successful offeror(s) may be required to provide complete consulting services for all of the various project tasks listed.
