| A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on May 17, 2023, at 10:00 am at the south entrance of the Public Works/Utilities Administration Building located at 305 4th Street, NW. Attendance is not mandatory but is strongly recommended. Bidders not attending the pre-bid conference shall acknowledge on the Pricing Schedule that they have or have not visited and inspected the site.
