Why do I have to have a RecTrac Household Account to make a reservation?

The household account is a one-time setup in our processing system and that lets us know the name and contact information of customers using our facilities.  This helps us identify customers if there was a potential outbreak and notify them quickly.  If you ever registered for a Charlottesville Parks & Recreation program, purchased an Access Pass (now Fitness and Wellness pass) or summer pool pass, you already have an account and we can locate it if you need assistance.
