Charlottesville City Offices will be closed for Thanksgiving Thursday, November 23, 2023 and Friday, November 24, 2023.
Charlottesville Area Transit (CAT) will operate their Extended Lifeline Service.
There will be no residential curbside trash or recycling collection on Thanksgiving Day, November 23. Service will resume Friday, November 24, one day behind, and the sliding schedule will complete Saturday, November 25.
The uptown and downtown business route will be provided one collection for trash and recycling on Thanksgiving day. This collection will begin at 7AM.
