EMERGENCY MEETING OF THE CHARLOTTESVILLE CITY COUNCIL HAS BEEN
CALLED AND SHALL BE HELD:

III. Vote to suspend City Council’s rule requiring a 5 hour meeting notice.

statue located on West Main Street.
