Commissioners and Cans Food Drive
CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA – The Commissioners & Cans Food and Fund Drive, an annual partnership between The Commissioners of the Revenue Association of Virginia and the Virginia Federation of Food banks will span statewide once again beginning August 1-31, 2023. Commissioners of the Revenue across the Commonwealth will take on the fight against food insecurity through what began as a regional effort on the Virginia Peninsula in 2018 and became statewide in 2019. Now, in its fifth year, Commissioners & Cans is Virginia’s only food drive among local elected officials.
