In-Person Early Voting Begins Friday, May 5
CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA – In-Person Early Voting for the June 2023 Democratic Primary begins this Friday, May 5, and runs through Saturday, June 17.
Early voting will take place in the Office of Voter Registration during regular business hours, 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. The Voter Registration Office will be also open on two Saturdays, June 10 and 17, from 8:30am to 5pm. The office is located at 120 7th St NE, City Hall Annex, First Floor.
Curbside voting will be available for qualified voters, such as those with disabilities and voters who are over 65.
Any voter wishes to request a mail ballot may do so by submitting a Vote by Mail Application to the Voter Registration Office by Friday, June 9.
Registration for the Democratic Primary Election closes on Tuesday, May 30.
All polling locations will be open from 6am to 7pm on Election Day, Tuesday, June 20, 2023.
