Public Comment

Time is open near the beginning of each regular meeting for up to sixteen speakers on subjects not scheduled for a public hearing. Visit our "Request to Speak" sign-up page to request a time in advance (first eight spaces chosen by lottery). Additional time is open for speakers at the end of the meeting. All speakers are asked to state your name and locality, and limit remarks to three minutes. Requests to speak should be sent no earlier than two weeks prior to the meeting, and will be accepted beginning the morning following a regular Council meeting.  Public comments are accepted in-person at designated times during the meeting.
