Pepsi-Cola Bottling Company of Central Virginia (PCVA) is the operator of the oldest recorded Pepsi-Cola Bottling franchise in the United States and is licensed to manufacture and sell its products within a specified region in the State of Virginia. PCVA also bottles and distributes a variety of other carbonated and non-carbonated beverages between its three locations in Virginia. The Virginia Career Works is the gateway for individuals seeking access to career, education and support resources in the Piedmont Region. Our Board is responsible for the oversight and administration of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act’s (WIOA) Adult, Dislocated Worker and Youth programs in the Central Virginia region. These programs are designed to help job seekers access employment, education, training, and support services to succeed in the labor market and to match employers with the skilled workers they need to compete in the global economy.
